At TCF, we take great care in designing and packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of many of our products being customised or personalised, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been confirmed and processed.Β 

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.Β

Refunds are processed only in cases where:Β

Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.Β 

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after verification.Β
